| Sumario: | The article challenges political controversies involved in a specific migration process in contemporary Argentina: the displacement of urban and suburban middle classes to rural hinterland regions. From an anthropology of lived politics viewpoint; from an ethnographic research in rural villages in the province of Córdoba; this paper analyzes socio-political convergences and divergences between Paisanos –In there they were born and raised–, Hippies –In there they moved to live on–, businessmen –In there they invest–, and local, regional and national politicians –In there they rule and negotiate governability. To do so, this work proposes a writing strategy and an anthropological analysis attempting to unfold the production of politics and the state as a living process. |
