Sumario:In this article, the author aims to determine the possibility for human being ?\nborne from assisted human reproduction techniques? of knowing their origins. In order\nto achieve this, she analyzes drafts of national legislation, together with an analysis of\nforeign regulations. This work also includes views on the right of every person to form\na family; the right of children and adolescents; and the right of third parties involved in\nthese techniques.
