Sumario:This article outlines the conceptual foundations for developing a spe-cialized didactic framework tailored to the field of judicial training. Itargues that improving teaching in this context requires moving beyondunsystematic and uncritical approaches - named as "common-sense di-dactics" - through the construction of context-sensitive, theoretically grounded pedagogical models. Drawing on a critical analysis of the ins-titutional models governing judicial training schools and the enduring epistemological and methodological gaps in their pedagogical practices, the paper advocates for a stronger articulation between legal and educational knowledge. It reclaims the contributions of general didactic swhile emphasizing the need for a specialized approach that addresses the particular features of the judiciary, including its actors, contents, institutional constraints, and ethical-political challenges. The proposal aimsto open new avenues for research and pedagogical innovation, helpingto establish a distinct field of didactics within judicial education
