Sumario:"The enactment of International Commercial Arbitration Law No. 27,449 (the "Arbitration Law") created a need for a work that analyzes its provisions one by one. This book seeks to accomplish this mission through a detailed study of each of the 108 articles of the Arbitration Law. Thus, this book is primarily aimed at legal practitioners seeking a deeper understanding of the Arbitration Law. Given this, the book does not dwell on explaining basic arbitration concepts, but rather maintains a level of sophistication greater than that of an introductory course.
