| Sumario: | This paper proposes to analyze the role of innovative startups with a purpose, as an alternative for economic-productive development in the transition towards a triple impact digital economy, a term used in the business field to determine the results of a venture committed to the development of three specific factors: economic growth, social equity and environmental sustainability, thus achieving an identity economy, highlighting the importance of recognizing and addressing biodiversity and the diversity of humanity, in order to be as inclusive and respectful as possible. To do this, the ecosystem of innovative triple impact startups will be analyzed, identifying the factors that promote the internationalization of this type of emerging entrepreneurship and exploring the legal system of its internationalization process |
