Gender studies provide essential theoretical tools to challenge the androcentric models that have historically dominated the legal field. This perspective is key to revealing how the law has perpetuated these inequalities and to promoting more inclusive education. The importance of integrating these contents into legal training is highlighted, not only to address gender inequality but also to adopt an intersectional approach that considers various forms of oppression.
