Sumario:This article analyzes the role of the School of Law at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) 40 years after the restoration of democracy in Argentina, focusing on the interaction between negationist discourses and the human rights perspective. After the dictatorship (1976-1983), the university became a stronghold for promoting memory, truth, and justice. The democratic transition brought significant changes in education, emphasizing democratization and human rights. The Faculty of Law has been key in training professionals committed to these values and participating in important legal and constitutional processes. Despite these achievements, the growing presence of hate and negationist discourses today poses a threat to democracy and human rights
