| Sumario: | This work was motivated by our concern about the lack of practical training and development of oral skills throughout the law degree, for which we asked a series of questions to students and graduates from the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires. From the answers obtained, we were able to identify the limited professional practice and promotion of orality, which makes it difficult for recent graduates to perform their professional activity adequately. In addition, we observed that the teacher-student bond is of utmost importance for students. Although some answers were critical in this aspect, due to the lack of dialogue in the classrooms as a result of the predominance of expository classes that do not contribute to oral interaction. This work made us reflect on the positive aspects of academic training throughout the entire career, but at the same time, motivated us to continue questioning certain shortcomings and see how we can provide different tools to strengthen student?s training. There is no doubt that at the base of all these reflections and questions, the development of the bond between teacher and student will always prevail |
