Sumario:The aim of this article is to analyse and comment on the ruling in the case - Asociación Civil Memoria Activa vs. Argentina - of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (hereinafter, Inter-American Court) on January 26, 2024. The ruling, which was notified on June 14, 2024, the Inter-American Court found the Argentine State responsible for its failure to prevent the Asociación Mutual Israelita Argentina (hereinafter, AMIA) bombing as well as inadequate investigation of the attack and the violation of the right to truth to both the victims and the society.
