Sumario:This work reviews the approach of the discipline of contemporary constitutional law to the challenges that, for the constitution, imply supranational integration - particularly the European integration - as well as the process of digitalization and transformation that the today's society is living. It defends the need to develop the European constitutional law, linking it with the law of integration and the emerging european law of science and technology, to study, in the European space, the ethical and legal principles that should regulate and govern the digital age
