Sumario:This document describes the processes of regulatory segmentation and pluralization that the labor system is undergoing as a consequence of the emergence of new modalities of human labor recruitment (including teleworking and platform work) and the consequent conception for them of legal regimes that constitute a new statutory morphology. This phenomenon, together with the emergence of categories of workers who are legally autonomous but economically dependent, illustrates a process of neo-expansion of Labor Law
