| Sumario: | In this brief presentation, and in the context of possible political changes that may mark the next legislative year, I present some proposals for reforms to labor legislation aimed at adapting it to the 21st century, favoring job creation by Micro-businesses, small businesses and mediumsized companies or, at least, stop the destruction of jobs in these units, as well as eliminate some inequities resulting from regulations whose legitimate purpose was distorted. I also propose the need to search for other\nmechanisms to effectively combat labor clandestinity. |
