Sumario:Contemporary development models tend to accelerate urbanization processes, which in developing countries like Argentina, contribute to increased exclusion and socio-spatial segregation in cities. The growth model has been produced with a growing informal land occupation since the end of the 20th century.\nBased on Lefevre's ideas, the concept of the Right to the City began to be outlined. This concept was enriched by academics, governmental, and non-governmental areas in formulating and implementing urban management instruments with the socio-space justice approach to prevent and reverse these situations.\nThis thesis investigates the term and the context in which it is produced, including the paradigmatic instruments that were incorporated and deepened into the precedent norms to the gradual implementation of a particular law in the Province of Buenos Aires on Fair Access to Habitat (LAJH N º14449) which is based on the Right to the City.\nAnalyzing how these urbanization processes result in cities with high "socio-space" contrast creating situations of enormous inequality, as is the case of the San Isidro district, part of the Greater Buenos Aires, and the Province of Buenos Aires. Considering this territory as a case of study, trying to decode the present realities, where the instruments proposed by the LAJH could be applied, and then through proactive recommendations, contribute to transforming them.
