Sumario:The purpose of this study is to establish the regulation of cinematographic works in light of copyright law and how through the new rontiers that disruptive technologies provide it is possible to build new ncentives for audiovisual production, generating through the right to make available the favorable scenario for the establishment of promotion lines destined for platforms. Consequently, a characterization of the right of availability is carried out, the new business models and the possibilities of the Argentine system of incentives for audiovisual production are analyzed
