Sumario:At a time when the need to reform our country's Film Law is once again being discussed, this article attempts to identify the problems encountered in putting it into practice and that do not require any legal change. In addition, emphasis is placed on the substantial points in need of attention and subsequent change in order to enable the existence of a more virtuous system, adapted to present and future necessities, which allows the livelihood of Argentine cinema and favors cultural diversity.
