Sumario:Art and technology are two ways through which humans express their creativity and their relations are constant and fruitful. The most recent example is the impact that the so-called disruptive technologies are having on the ways art is created, enjoyed and traded. This short essay examines a number of example of artists or business that have used artificial intelligence, smart contracts, blockchain, augmented reality or virtual reality in their art related activity, also highlighting the new legal issues that this may arise.
