In this paper we propose a review of some jurisprudential interpretations and readings intended by the parties in different pending cases. From them, we will try, with a constructive intent, to clear up some ambiguities and confusions, always from the perspective of electoral law as a specific branch of legal knowledge, with the most intense development in the last twenty years.
