Sumario:The present document summarizes the main issues addressed during the First Federal, International and Interdisciplinary Congress: Human Rights for Children and Adolescents, which had the particularity of being the first Congress of national and international scope held in a completely virtual way during the social, preventive and obligatory isolation resulting from the COVID-19 outbreak. During its development there were various presentations and papers. In the case of the main speakers, the central theme of the Congress was analyzed from different approaches that included philosophical, sociological, legal and psychoanalytical perspectives. The thematic analyses presented addressed the problems posed by the major transformations caused by the COVID-19 and how they influence the rights of children and adolescents; childhood and autism; transgendered children; medicalization and imprisonment of children with mental health problems; extradition and its impact on children; and children and indigenous peoples, among other.
