| Sumario: | The present contribution aims to establish the role of Constitutional Law instruction as a reflection of the submission of the exercise of political and factice powers to the Rule of Law. Based on his 30 - year experience as a professor at the University of Buenos Aires, the author points out the course's undeniable relevance and sets forth the way inwhich students should prepare themselves while undertaking the course - especially through practical activities and interactive class sessions - with the primal aim of rendering the future legal practitioner a custodian of Constitutional Supremacy. Moreover, the importance of incorporating diverse Information and Communications Technology (ICTs) tools in university teaching is emphasized by describing the experience developed during virtual lessons in the COVID-19 pandemic context. The advantages of what this method and ICTs have to offer is not only highlighted, but also the measures that professors need to attend while teaching. |
