Sumario:This paper analyzes weapon supplies to Ukraine under international law. In particular, based on the provision of the Arms Trade Treaty, on European regulations on the matter and the Draft Articles on International Responsibility of the State for Internationally Wrongful Acts, an attempt is made to examine whether the delivery of conventional weapons to Ukraine is lawful or if, eventually, it would possible to claim that countries transferring military equipment are responsible for having committed a violation of the legal order in force.
