The national migration law 25871 establishes the fundamental policy guidelines and the migration strategic basis, thus regulating, among other issues, the migrant stay or expulsion - entrant or resident - with or without criminal cases provided for by the regulation, whose effects will be subject to legal assessment throughout this report. Finally, I want to refer to the changes caused by the emergency decree PE 70/2017, its impact on the migration policy regime and the scope of its derogation under the terms of the recent emergency decree PE 138/2021." |
