Sumario:ABSTRACT: The teaching of oral litigation techniques presupposes, and requires, a break from the traditional teaching system, since merely expository classes are not enough to adequately work on the tools that must be handled to carry out an oral trial, but rather it is necessary to use other teaching strategies so that the knowledge is more solid and lasting. The article proposes various activities that can be carried out in a class of litigation techniques.
