| Sumario: | Title: The Inter-American Court of Human Rights and the possibility of applying tolerance to migrants. -- Abstract: The present study contemplates the study of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights with regard to the international right to migrate, presenting importants considerations. It is explained that the current migratory flows reveal questions of a socio-cultural, economic and political order, which occupy prominence in the globalized world due to the economic and social reality that many individuals around the world live on a daily basis. Therefore, given the affront to Human Rights, migration becomes a challenge to international and domestic policies, as well as international law, in order to give effect to the provisions of the American Convention on Human Rights. Thus, through the descriptive and exploratory methodology, the analysis of the Inter-American System is sought for the realization of effective protection of the Human Rights of migrants, seeking, in the application of international regulations, the purpose of benefiting the human being who chooses migration in search for new opportunities. Furthermore, as an effectiveness to the rights of migrants, the principle of hospitality is brought up as a possibility of Human Rights. |
