Sumario:Teleworking: Reflections in a Time of Pandemic. -- Abstract: This article is aimed at explaining what this modality of task provision is and how it was born; surveying the telework classes and extracting from its concept the attributes that characterize it and the extremes required so that a certain type of telework can be achieved by the special protection conferred by the new legal regime. It explains to what extent some international normative instruments may be applicable; and reviews the legislation of other national experiences, to then devote to the analysis of the recent Argentine law on the matter.
