Sumario:Socio-Affectivity and family law. -- Abstract: The article aims to determine the role of the state in social affectivity relations, in order to specify whether they should be regulated by the autonomy of the will or if, on the contrary, the State should legislate on them by giving it a regime independent or incorporating them into institutions already created. The work studies the issue of polyamorous or polygamous relationships, multiparenthood from a Legal, Doctrinal and Jurisprudential Perspective.
