Sumario:Title: Recent case law of the Court of Justice of de European Union on due process. Commentary on the judgments in cases C-659/18; C-615/18; C-187/19 and C-634/18. Abstract: This paper analyzes four recent CJEU decisions on procedural guarantees. In particular, it sets out the Court's views on the right to counsel in criminal proceedings, the right of the accused to be informed about the accusation, the right to be heard in administrative proceedings, the rights to equality and nondiscrimination and the principle of legality in criminal matters.
