| Sumario: | Title: Protection of immigrants and asylum seekers in the inter-American system for the protection of Human Rights: "The principle of non-refoulement and the State".\nAbstract: This work will seek to inform about the protection of immigrants and asylum seekers within the inter-American Human Rights system. In particular, the right to seek and receive asylum will be analyzed in relation to the principle of non- refoulement. It is considered useful to bring up this brief descriptive analysis of this principle due to the impact that the Inter-American Court can adopt in the prevention of human rights violations in the face of possible state measures adopted by the states of the region. |
