| Sumario: | Title: Collective expulsions and the principle of non-refoulement. Abstract: The objective of this work is to draw a parallel between the migration control policies carried out both in Europe and in America and to make a critical analysis of the different judgments of international tribunals and their approach to this increasingly recurrent problem. Therefore, it presents a legal-doctrinal study of the normative body that exists in relation to the protection of migrants and refugees, but understanding that there is still a long way to go in migration matters to provide an effective and real solution to the problems addressed. |
