Sumario:Title: The right to be heard as a guarantee of due process in migration proceedings involving children and adolescents.\nAbstract: This article approaches the right of migrant boys, girls and adolescents to be heard during all migration procedures in which they might be involved. Throughout the article some central concepts will be developed, such as migrant childhood - considered a category which is in a position of vulnerability - and that of the age and sufficient maturity, which will enable us to understand the special context of the situation presented here. Both listening and opinion are considered as principles, rights and guarantees. Local, regional and international legal instruments are analyzed along with the main legal precedents that recognized the right to be heard, in order to establish some relevant criteria to be considered when guaranteeing the appropriate participation of boys, girls and adolescents in procedures that might affect their lives.
