| Sumario: | Title: The right to family unity as a guarantee in the immigration process. Abstract: The present work constitutes a study of the Argentine migratory reality. It proposes an analysis of the issue related to human mobility, from the point of view of law, while noting that the matter under study constitutes an extremely complex object, threaded in a network of norms of different hierarchies and affected -in each national reality- according to different phenomena, discourses and collective imaginations. The focus of this document is on the study of the right to family unity or family reunification, as a specific guarantee of the migration procedure, in light of the provisions of international human rights instruments in the conditions of their validity and from a dynamic interpretation of the regulations. |
