Sumario:Title: Personal health data protection in Peru in the context of Covid-19\npandemic. Abstract: This paper studies the alleged struggle between right to health and bodily integrity and the right to privacy and personal data protection, in the framework of Covid19 public health emergency in Peru, in order to reject that struggle, and show facts that demonstrate the beneficial interaction between such human rights, based on analysis of Peruvian Constitution and laws related.
