| Sumario: | Abstract: This work aims to reflect on the inclusion of a gender perspective in the curriculum of the subject "Elements of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure" of the Law Degree at the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. To this end, it is reconstructed what is understood by "gender perspective". Then, the basic contents of the subject in question are exposed and the programs of the different chairs are examined. Likewise, the place that women formally occupy in them is described. Finally, some criminal problems are highlighted on which it would be important to work in the framework of a criminal law course with a gender perspective. This, because it comprehend issues whose resolution usually carries the application of discriminatory criteria for women involved in this type of process. |
