Sumario:Abstract: In this article, a complete analysis is carried out on the sanctioning process of Law 27.520 on Minimum Standards for Adaptation and Mitigation to Global Climate Change and its link in said sanctioning process with youth, as promoter of change and the intergenerational equity principle. In addition, there is an analysis of the regulatory framework of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aries, its relationship with minimum standards and its effective application through de Action Plan on Climate Change.
