Sumario:Abstract: The object of this article is to expose the regulation framework to which the waste subject to special management (RSME) of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, and how the Laws No. 1.854 of Urban Solid Waste and 2.214 of Waste Dangerous converge since therein lies the complexity of managing this type of waste. Likewise, indicate the currents that are not yet regulated by any norm, and consequently how they are monopolized by informal management systems. To end with a little reflection on the steps that should be followed to achieve proper management of the RSME.\n
