Sumario:Abstract: The objective of this article is to analyze the regulations that have been implemented in Latin American cities regarding the management of polluted sites. In particular, Ciudad de México (CDMX) y Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires (CABA) are the object of study. In the case of CDMX, various regulations related to polluted sites are analyzed, while in the case of CABA it is specified in Act Nº 6.117 and its precedents.
