Sumario:Abstract: The legal clinics of the law Schools in Colombia are centers of experience- based education, mandatory to achieve the title of attorney at law. Through a bibliographic study, and based on the results of a survey conducted to female directors(s), professors(s) and administrative staff of clinics in Colombia, a qualitative analysis is carried out on the adoption of a differential approach for disability and gender in the attention to clients. The study tackles possible institutional causes of the presence or absence of these approaches in the centers of public and private universities. The main findings show that the people surveyed, in general, (i) consider a gender approach necessary in the teaching of Law; (ii) they report the existence of protocols for attention to people with disabilities, (iii) but limited availability of resources for differentiated care; (iv) rarely do they include attention with a gender perspective (v) in these cases there are no guidelines on how to respond to situations of discrimination and subjugation experienced by women in a situation of disability and by their carers. The Colombian Schools lack a greater awareness of the specific situations of vulnerability faced by the female population with disabilities. Is also missing in law schools a differentiate approach to their claims for legal support. This shortcoming impede students to develop skills and knowledge on the topic of human rights.\n
