Sumario:Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to investigate the insertion of contents and the gender perspective in four Argentina law school. We put the focus on the teaching that is given (or should be given) in general courses that are mandatory for every student. This research tests the hypothesis that education with gender perspective is at an early stage in every law school examined, which have a great impact in the way that gender perspective relevant cases are presented, argued and resolved. For this purpose, in the first place, we emphasize the importance of gender perspective in law education. Then, we carry out a characterization of the monitored law school and the way in which the degree program is structured. Subsequently, we analyze (a) different classes to identify if there are classics gender topics or issues related with gender perspective and (b) the materials used. This will allow us to establish some conclusions and lines of action to reinforce teaching with a gender focus in the law education.
