| Sumario: | This paper aims to analyze the incidence of conflicts of interest on the invalidity of administrative acts, according to the existing legal framework for the National Public Administration. To this end, firstly, we specified the concept of conflict of interest and the current regulation. Subsequently, we proceed to link such considerations to the regime of invalidity of administrative acts. In this examination, we review points such as in which essential elements does the conflict of interests has an impact, if defects of consent could be produced, if minor defects can be admitted and how could the provisions of Article 17 of Law 25.188 be interpreted. |
