| Sumario: | In the present work we try to develop an analysis where legal philosophy is integrated and enriched with some genetic concepts, trying to build a bridge between Law and that branch of Biology. To this end, we mainly use the comparative method of metaphor as a connecting element between both scientific disciplines according to the three-dimensional approach of Trialist Theory of the juridical world. Thinking about Law from this perspective allows us to get closer to the knowledge of Genetics, which will be a key scientific branch in the evolution of "augmented humanity" in this network society, a process that is likely to accelerate due to changes in our way of life due to the pandemic caused by the Coronavirus (Covid-19). |
