| Sumario: | This paper is framed within the context of the research project "Integral management of the social dynamics and tourism: hydric needs in the Buenos Aires Province and the Wine Region, Baja California, Mexico"; IX REDES, National Education Ministry of Argentina, directed by Dr. Clara Minaverry and where there are some researchers participating from the Universidad Nacional de Luján, Universidad Nacional de General Sarmiento and from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, México during 2016. This project tries to aboard the current states of both regions, by comparing and contrasting water management and their water availability within themselves, such as repercussions and effects inside social and touristic spheres. In this order of ideas, and more specifically, hereby are boarded sketches of both regions, taking notices about their border conditions for the case of Mexico; firstly, showing an approach to the contextualization of the problem of water resources in both countries, their management structure and their situation in the matter of availability and resources; and secondly, we describe a brief, but illustrative, frame from the national and international perspectives, as well as from the local and regional ones. |
