Sumario:The form of juridical acts, such as mandate, representation, voluntary representation and the act of legal empowerment, entails complex qualification in domestic law and Private International Law. Each legal relationship involved should be examined to determine the applicable law in private international law of a domestic nature and within the applicable international treaties and conventions, taking into consideration the possibilities of functional equivalents with regards to the form of juridical acts.
