| Sumario: | In a context of technological revolution, where Electronic Government went quickly from utopia to paradigm, a central element in the legal construction of digital government takes on renewed relevance: the digital or electronic administrative document, inasmuch as governments operate on the basis of documents that are the backing of the acts of public administration, and the way of registering and storing information. Bearing in mind that, in order to advance in the direction of electronic government, a conceptual rethinking of document management and the implementation of a solid management system is necessary, this paper tries to approach this concept and its legal regulation in Argentina, which in little time has had an exponential evolution, in parallel to the implementation policies of electronic government. |
