It is certainly beneficial for students to have the opportunity to practice criminal defense while simultaneously representing a prosecuting party. This provides them with contrasting knowledge, skills, and functional experiences, allowing for enhanced professional training. This report reflects some of the court cases handled during 2008 and 2009, the arguments presented by the Professional Practice course, and the resulting judicial responses.
