The new text has some changes in terms of thematic development, corrections and bibliographic updates and its reproduction has been authorized."Am I a "blagger" or a lawyer who teaches?. -- This work aims to reconstruct the origins and different historical stages that have taken place in the field of teaching constitutional law at the University of Buenos Aires. The text covers the period beginning at midnineteenth century with the incorporation of the curricula, to our days. The subtitles introduce the various areas that marked the approach of this subject in university classrooms: the modality of teaching classes, the bibliography covered, the subsequently appointed teachers and the program content.
