| Sumario: | "This research was developed within the framework of the project called The Public University and Community Service (Contributions from the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires), accredited by the Institutional Accreditation Program for Research Projects in Law (DeCyT), 2010/2011, Faculty of Law, University of Buenos Aires.". -- This synthesis arises from the work of a research group, which concerned by the alleged existence of an excessive number of attorneys in the Argentina, and thinking about the impact that such a phenomenon might have in the conformation of a specially litigious society, decided to investigate possible alternatives to act positively in this regard. The article exposes the conclusions reached during the first year of the experience, with information that somehow confirms the initial hypotheses. But also, it presents the fundamentals of an initiative that combining teaching activities, research and community service, could contribute to the backing of Justice in the broad sense, reinforcing the training of preuniversity students, of people requiring services of Justice and of the community in general, and in turn strengthen the teaching of law students in various aspects, including the consolidation of communication, language and interpretation skills. |
