| Sumario: | On having analyzed the historical context in which he had to live to Juan Bautista Alberdi and to manage to be the architect of the National Constitution, well it might say and this way it arises from his written work, that his life was the fight of the ideas without resorting or to fall down in the imposition of the same ones for the force and much less for the force of the weapon. On having be celebrated, in this current decade, the bicentenary of the Mother land and two hundred years of Alberdi?s birth, one can or not to coincide with his ideas, even up to admitting the critique that should arise from the look always relative from the 21st century; what this one out of discussion was his aptitude to generate ideas and not refusing to the debate. In a country accustomed to remembering his men and women in the dates of his deaths, it turns out to be commendable to encourage that the due honorings do to themselves in life to whom they offered essential and fundamental services to the Nation. This way he it understood the Faculty at the time called of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires on having awarded Juan Bautista Alberdi the title of Honorary Member distinguishing it, in addition, with the dictation of a conference forthwith from collation of degrees on May 24, 1880. Our country, these days, again was in full civil war. Alberdi, in the thesis that exposes the new professionals, puts in crisis the omnipotence of the State to which it does not hesitate to qualify as the denial of the individual freedom. |
