Sumario:The following piece is part of the journalistic coverage of an event in which law education specialists discussed new ways of teaching Law. In the meeting -that took place in the FGV Direito Rio, Getulio Vargas Foundation Law School in Rio de Janeiro, whose metodological proposal is different from the traditional law teaching- the professors emphasized the importance of thinking about a new model based on the developement of ideas instead of simply replicating the existing ones. They also discussed the students' demands: accessing the job market through traineeship, and receiving preparatory course for taking the Advocates Order and Public Law Service Exams, judge, district attorney and defense, for instance.
