| Sumario: | In the last decades, cultural, political and economic factors have compromised the function of the University and opposed the search of excellence and the means at our disposition to achieving it. The academic level of learning has decreased and, instead, specialised courses, masters and doctorates are expected to complete the formation of a university graduate. At this point, it is important to recognize and face real problems instead of ignoring them. The subject to be considered is not so much the opposition between theory and practice, but the convenience for information to be integrated within a thinking system developed by the student for his own usage. Like in computers, files.doc is necessary, but they are of no use without their link to files.exe. Such kind of files cannot be transmitted as information: they are to be developed by the student himself, with the teacher's guide. |
