Sumario:In the new context of juridical formation to be developed in the academic units, it is necessary to value and to integrate the different types of knowledges that intervene in the construction of the knowledge and transpose the traditional disciplinary borders, that particularly in the juridical area, it is present frequently reduced to the exclusive norms consideration and where the deployment interdisciplinary, opened and complex, can be constituted in a powerful stimulus. For the best comprehension of this idea, we value the trialism contributions, to that we adhere for thinking that it is the one that better represents a possibility of to creative designs curriculum that they project to the juridical knowledge in realistic perspective, plural, constructivist and vital.
