Sumario:This research aims to analyze whether and how the gender perspective is incorporated in the training of future judges and judges. We assume that there is a correspondence between the training received by those who aspire to or already occupy positions as judges in order to work for a construction of an egalitarian society. We started by analyzing how gender relates to different conceptions of equality and then examine how this perspective is incorporated in four cases of study, federal as much as provincial or local schools. The aim of the paper is to determine if the gender perspective is included in the academic training of future judges and judges and identify how works these programs and which are their advantages and disadvantages.
